The Mama Project

The Mama Project was built to support women on their journey to becoming mothers. In the creation of the program we have collaborated with experts in obstetrics, specifically IVF and assisted fertility, nutrition, mindfulness, Pilates, Barre and Yoga to give women the confidence to move and honour their bodies during this important time of their lives. Featuring two 28 day workout programs - The Preconception Program & The IVF Program, we combine dynamic workouts with mindfulness & expert education.
The first program has been developed to complement and consider the hormonal profile of each phase of your cycle. The second is a 28 day movement plan for women who are going through the IVF and Egg Freezing process.
