It unfortunately causes a lot of instability throughout the body, particularly in the pelvis. When you are postnatal the effects of the hormone can be felt for many months after the hormone has stopped being produced. It is very common for pregnant & postnatal women to experience an awful shooting, tugging or stabbing pain in their vagina that is called Pubic Symphysis pain. If you have it - you know about it. In this video follow along with Ali as she balances the pelvis and strengthens the outer hip to relieve the symptoms and provide support for the pelvis.
