Starting from week 27 of your pregnancy this is a week-by-week collection of dynamic and safe prenatal Pilates workouts specifically designed for your 3rd trimester. Learn how to modify and correctly transition the way you work out now that you are moving through your pregnancy. These workouts are designed to be followed during Weeks 27-39 but you can of course also select any workout from all our Prenatal categories to compliment this collection - they are safe throughout the rest of your pregnancy.
